DEI provided highly skilled engineering designers and CAD support to upgrade process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) for the Fuel Retrieval System, the Integrated Water Treatment System; the Sludge Retrieval System and the Cask Transport Compressed Air System. 

 

DEI employees were Rad-worker trained for unescorted access to nuclear contaminated areas containing spent nuclear fuel.  DEI employees performed regular design and constructability reviews and assessments.
